Important updates to take note of:

1. Notification of Combined Nomenclature Code (Tariff) Changes.
   
   The Combined Nomenclature (CN) is updated at the end of every year and any changes take legal effect from the 1st January of the following year.
   Please confirm that the Codes that you are using are correct before you begin a trade.
   A link to the new 2011 CN can be found here: 2011 Combined Nomenclature (PDF) .
   This link will enable users to check whether CN codes (8 digit level) relevant to your activities will be impacted by the changes.
   
   
2. Changes from Incoterms 2000 to Incoterms 2010.
   
   The following Incoterms have been removed: DAF, DES, DEQ and DDU.
   Two new Incoterms have been added:
   • - DAT – Delivered At Terminal
   • - DAP – Delivered At Place
   Please confirm that the codes you are using are correct before beginning a trade.
